*All my cakes are frosted with vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream.  Swiss Meringue Buttercream is a satiny-smooth and not-too-sweet buttercream. It’s very light and tastes delicious on every one of my cake flavors.  It isn’t as sweet as American Buttercream, (the kind that you typically eat on cupcakes), so it makes a perfect filling and frosting for any cake.
